I would show the steps but unfortunately I am not at my computer at home so I can’t remember specifically the steps. I think I have installed all the right drivers in my notebook and I have searched for troubleshooting my Speakers integtated fine – checked playback with other sound bytes.

I’m trying to do Webex meetings, can hear others, but they can’t hear me unless I enable the headset. But, this issue is about the audio drivers and you need to use the Dell version. Go to the computer makers website and search for them.
